Phil received his B. A. in Political Science and German from U. C. Berkeley in 1975, his M. A. in Political Science from U. C. Berkeley in 1976, and his J. D. from Harvard Law School in 1983.
Phil has been working with domestic and international technology and biotechnology clients for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in most aspects of both international and domestic business law involving technology-based companies, as well as private placements of both equity and debt securities representing issuers and investors. Phil has also represented emerging growth companies in dealing with shareholder control issues, board of directors activities, and stock incentive programs.
